Objectives
Objectives of WDP
- To feed the needy children in the different parts of the world.
2. To promote access to quality education.
3. To provide access to affordable health.
4. To improve access to clean safe water and proper sanitation.
5. To curb and reduce the number of deaths in children caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation.
6. To promote the use of piped water systems and access to sewage infrastructure.
7. To generate and supply water using an off the grid green technology water generator that utilizes water vapor readily available in ambient air.
8. To enhance sustainable development through generation of electricity from water vapor.
9. To increase awareness regarding menstrual hygiene and safe practices and assist every girl in the world to experience safe and hygienic menstrual cycle.
10. To educate girls on menstrual hygiene and safe practices through literature, educational television programs, school nurses/health personnel and advocating for compulsory sex education in the school curriculum.
11. To enhance hygiene-related practices of women during menstruation in order to mitigate increased vulnerability to reproductive tract infections (RTI).
12. To improve the socio-economic status of women and girls through the trainings on how to make affordable menstruation sanitary and formation of clubs where they will generate income by producing and selling these products.
13. To expose girls to new menstruation materials that are cost effective for example the reuseable cups which can even last up to 5 years.
14. To promote education in remote areas.
15. To improve education standards through provision of conducive learning environment.
16. To provide holistic learning for the learner by improving the learning environment as well as other factors that promote learning
17. To provide literacy and numeracy skills among learners.
18. To assist the Ministry of Education with a national literacy programme by directing learning goals through trainers.
19. To invest in the parents by supporting agribusiness activities where they would derive incomes and support their school going children.
20. Actual contribution with the concerned authorities in planning, guiding and operational work related to the development of human resources and the overall development issues and assist member countries to contribute in the development of curricula taught in various stages of education .
21. Improve the performance of trainers and experts of human development as classified according to specialization and expertise and the development of special codes for trainers and experts in all disciplines and the creation of the first international human resources development centre.
22. To raise awareness of the development of human resource as the true goal of human development that can meet the needs of the labour in the domestic, regional and international labour market.
23. To enhance the preparation of specialized studies in order to create the first Africa labour market, raise the technical and scientific level of the members of the Council and the nomination of distinctive elements in its field.
24. To raise awareness on the importance of training, human resource development and the spirit of teamwork to ensure the strengthening of WDP to achieve its goals .
25. To provide social, economic, cultural and health services.
26. To participate in international affairs, the development, discussion and implementation of plans and programs, the development of society and discuss and express an opinion on the legislation related to the rights and interests of its beneficiaries.
27. To ensure effective settlement of individual and collective disputes relating to national of member states and conduct collective bargaining and contracts and collective labour agreements .
28. To promote the use of negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and litigation mechanisms to defend the rights and interests of member states and intervene with its members in all proceedings related to the objectives of WDP.
29. To endorse and regulate the right of Members to defend their interests and rights, and create necessary systems to cope with the financial burden funds in support of this right .
30. To create and manage institutions, associations, funds and clubs that promote cultural, scientific, social, economic, health, credit, and entertainment services for nationals of the member states.
