His Excellency Vishnou Toolcanon is the founder of the projects namely Joy "Learn with Joy", Her Club by Dolly, and Water Energy for Peace which has been approved and recognised by United Nations. These projects are developed to enhance men's lives, promote peace, unity and eliminate global poverty.
